Online Raffle Rules for the NJLATS Fundraising Gala

Eligibility:

Participants must be 18 years or older to enter the raffle.

Ticket Purchase:

Raffle tickets can ONLY be purchased online via the designated platform.

Ticket sales will begin on December 9th at 12:00 p.m. and end on December 12th at 10:00 p.m.

The raffle drawing will take place at the Gala after 10:00 p.m.

Drawing and Prizes:

The raffle drawing will take place during the NJLATS Fundraising Gala on December 13th. Winners DO NOT need to be present at the Gala to win. Arrangements for the delivery of prizes will be made accordingly. 

Winners will be selected randomly and announced during the event. Winners will also be notified via the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

Claiming Prizes:

Winners must claim their prizes within 14 days of the drawing by contacting NJLATS at info@njlats.org.

Unclaimed prizes after the specified period will be forfeited and may be used at NJLATS’ discretion.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted.

General Rules:

All raffle ticket sales are final; no refunds will be issued.

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and decisions made by the NJLATS, which are final and binding.

NJLATS is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or technical errors that occur during the ticket purchase process.

Proceeds:

All proceeds from the raffle will support the initiatives and programs of NJLATS.
